The modern age of computing and technology is disconcerting. I’m not sure if it is good or bad. It is what it is but it certainly has affected our society. It moves so fast. Don’t get me wrong, I like fast, but this is getting a little out of hand. Data is needed at supersonic speeds. We need instant gratification on a level never dreamed of 20 years ago. The problem is we can no longer really focus. Data is being pumped into our brains so fast its frying our brain cells like popcorn. We need short bursts of data or we can’t function. Anything longer than 7 seconds and we lose interest. Vast seas of data with no depth.
